Fabulous and rare Russian Imperial program for Nicholas II coronation dated 1896. Hard cover with imperial eagle on front.
The guest's name who was invited to the performance is stamped in purple on the cover.
12 pages of the most beautiful illustrations.
Program dated 17th May 1896 for Glinka's Life for the Tsar held at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, this is the one that Mathilde Kseshinskaia (Nicholas's mistress before he met Alexandra) danced and she is listed.
All the pages are in a lovely condition but have slightly started to come apart as the cover does but it isn't detrimental to its overall beauty.
