A plate from ceremonial service to honor the visit of Russian Imperial Navy Fleet to Toulon, France in 6 October 1893.
Cyrillic letters AF inserted to anchor’s middle part stand for Andreevsky Flot (St. Andrew Fleet).
All Russian Imperial Navy Fleet wear the name of St Andrew and their standard (on the right side of anchor) was named also Andreevsky.
Dimensions 9.85” x 1”.
No cracks, hairlines or chips.
Glaze cracks are normal for a 110 years old plate.
