A very rare original porcelain plate from the banqueting service of Imperial yacht Derzava by The Imperial Porcelain Factory, circa 1871.
The yacht was built in St. Petersburg from 1866 to 1871 for the use of the Romanov family of Alexander II.
The court architect professor of the Academy of Arts Monighetti (1819-1878) designed the yacht's porcelain and glass services.
There were less then 850 porcelain pieces in the service which were intended for thirty settings.
