An extremely rare hand painted porcelain Easter Egg with gilt cipher of the Peter the Great (see the second photo and the blue arrow) with the Russian State emblem on the reverse - two headed Russian Imperial Eagle.
The egg was made in Russia circa 1913 to commemorate the 300 years of Romanov's reign over Russia.
