An extremely rare Imperial presentation porcelain Easter egg of Grand Duchess Elizaveta Fedorovna the sister of the last Russian Empress Aleksandra Fedorovna wife of Nicholas II and the wife of Moscow's governor Sergey Alexandrovich Romanov who was assassinated in 1905.
After her husband assassination she became a nun and later, after her assassination with Nicholas II family in 1918 by Bolscheviks, she became a saint of the Russian christian orthodox religion.
The egg is in excellent condition for more the 100 years old item.
