Extremely rare find.
The green mark with 1918-1923 stands for the 5 years celebration as the Imperial Porcelain Factory became the State Porcelain Factory, now Lomonosov Factory in St. Petersburg.
The abbreviations in red stand for Workers Peasants Military Sea Fleet and Workers Peasants Red Army which both celebrated the 5th Anniversary in 1923.
