A Russian porcelain dessert plate from the Kremlin Service, made by the Imperial Porcelain Factory during the reign of Nicholas II, designed by Fedor G. Solntsev (1081-1892).

The center of the cavetto is painted with a black double-headed Imperial Eagle with crown, orb and scepter and surrounded by a gilt band inscribed 'Nicholas the Emperor and Ruler of all the Russians'.
The red writings on the bottom probably museum or exhibition inventory marks.
