Oil on canvas.
I guarantee that the painting is old, 19th century or very beginning of 20th, not vintage or contemporary.
The signature Klever in left lower corner is original to the painting, I checked by UV light, it doesn't florescent at all.
The canvas is not relined, original condition.
The painting underwent highly professional cleaning and conservation about 2 years ego.
