Oil on cardboard glued to piece of plywood.
I guarantee that the painting is old, 19th century or very beginning of 20th, not vintage or contemporary.
The signature Klever is original to the painting, I checked by UV light, it doesn't florescent at all.
Some very old touch ups.
Frame 24 3/4" x 32 1/4" (63 cm x 82 cm).
