Extremely rare.
It is a big linen Russian Imperial Navy table-cloth from a high rank officer’s mass hall of a battle ship.
Or from one of banquet tables of Russian Imperial Navy Ministry in St. Petersburg.
Has some food stains and a few small holes.
It is cut from one side (last photo).
The cloth has 3 woven images of Imperial double headed eagle holding maps in their claws.
One in the center is 13.5” in diameter and the 2 above on the sides the 6.5” in diameter each.
Above and below center eagle woven in Russian: “Russian Fleet”.
The cloth is circa 1900.
Buyer pays shipping/handling and insurance $12.00 for US only.
For countries other then USA shipping cost is higher.
Also for overseas buyers; I have to charge additional $25 for money transfer or payment by check drawn on foreign banks in U.S. dollars. |
