The height of both flutes are the same, but the one with Alexander's Column is slightly slimmer and the shape is slightly different because it was for bride.
The maker is A K, the assayer initials A K for Andrei Antonovich Kovalsky (see 2 last photos).
On assayer mark the last digit for the year definitely "1", the digit before looks like "4", so it is 1841.
