It is a rare find a niello Sugar Bowl, most of them either plane or engraved or enameled silver, the niello work by central Russia jewelers is rare because most of niello were done in Kavkas (Caucasus) Southern Region of Russia and it was used in decoration of cold arms, guns and military items only.
