A mantel clock repeater made by famous Russian bronzesmith S. Wehl about 1850s in St. Petersburg.
Excellent casting with very detailed features.
Original gilt.
Feet are adjustable and can be turned by moving up or down .
Approx. weight 22 lbs. Face approx. diameter 3.5" .
No glass on face.
Has a key and a pendulum.
Last 2 scans are from a book "Russian Bronze" Moscow 2003 where some info on maker is.
